About Peake Law Firm
Since 2010, Peake Law Firm has been defending the rights of individuals facing criminal charges across New Mexico. Founded by husband-and-wife team Jonathan M. Peake and Vanessa I. Peake, our firm has grown from a combined practice into focused areas of law where each attorney can deliver the highest level of representation.
Today, Jonathan leads our criminal defense practice, bringing 18 years of experience and his background as a former prosecutor to every case. Vanessa focuses on family law matters, serving clients who need compassionate guidance through divorce, custody, and domestic violence cases. Attorney Peake is a former prosecutor with 18 years of experience in criminal law. Jonathan knows how the other side thinks because he used to be on that side. He uses that insider knowledge to build aggressive, strategic defenses for clients facing criminal charges across New Mexico.

She now uses her extensive courtroom experience and insider knowledge of prosecution strategies to defend clients facing serious criminal charges across New Mexico.
